Sourdough Bread Making Class

We will learn all about sourdough in this hands-on class. You will go home with a loaf to bake, dehydrated starter for your pantry, some tools, instructions and recipes. Plus, Katie will walk you through her experiences with sourdough and pass along her knowledge. Bring a 3 quart size bowl, a digital scale if you have one, and $50 cash or check.
