Women's Self Defense Class

Ladies, come out for an 1.5 hr class that will not only protect you from predators, but also get you fit....cardio kickboxing. Classes will be every 1st Saturday of the month, starting Oct. 4th, from 10a - 1130a (time can be adjusted to fit the class).
