Visualization & Tibetan Singing Bowl Healing Sound Bath

I will be giving participants an opportunity to choose the focus of the visualization before beginning. The possible choices will be in the realm of presencing spirit guides, divine frequencies, connecting to higher consciousness, or expanding self awareness. After a visualization journey reinforced by the sound bath a meditative state naturally occurs. it usually takes 5 minutes to gather normal mental faculties afterwards as most have experienced some form of experiential journey, being left relaxed and with more energy.

I will be preparing the room using Reiki so that the space is intentionally energized, and resonating with healing, invigorating and uplifting frequencies to enhance the meditative state.

Info: The room will already be prepped for healing and filled with Reiki energy. I may offer the same opening the heart chakra energy pass before beginning, as well as afterwards. Participants can request some focus on their specific concerns or ailment. As background music plays a short guided visualization accompanied by at least one bowl to begin. Then 30 to 45 minutes of sound bath before collecting awareness and presence with brief affirmations. Leaving a little time to reflect, adjust or sit quietly present.

Info: The space does contain mats, some cloth meditation rugs, blankets and standard yoga blocks. Also some pillows, kneeling meditation support and chairs are available. But please bring your own yoga mat or anything you need to make yourself as comfortable as possible (i.e. eye mask, pillow, bolster for knees or lower back, blanket), especially if something you own will guarantee comfort for you. **Please note that sound baths are not recommended for individuals that have pacemakers, implanted devices, epilepsy or women in the first 12 weeks of pregnancy.**

Info: After the sound bath I will offer a quick but powerful Opening The Heart Chakra energy routine I was taught by a shaman many years ago. The technique only takes 1 minute for anyone interested. I am open to requests for it prior to beginning the sound bath as it will go a long way to be even more open to the frequencies.
