The 2025 Arlington Olympics: Day 2 of 8 (5K Obstacle Course Race)

Join us for a 5K obstacle course race hosted by Arlington Sports Conditioning (ASC)!

Whether you simply want a fun and difficult fitness challenge, or you are training for a Hyrox or a Spartan Race, this is an event you don't want to miss.

About the Course

The course is a 5K distance and features 1,158 feet of total elevation gain. Competitors will begin next to the outdoor pickleball courts at Lubber Run Community Center. You will complete two loops through the Lubber Run Nature Trail behind the Community Center.

Each loop features 10 different obstacles designed by ASC that will test your strength, endurance, grit, and athleticism, including the following obstacles and others:

• "Cargo for Gold"
• "Stairway to Heaven"
• "Battlerope Bliss"
• "Lunge Lover"
• "Amped Amphitheater"

Race Day Timeline

• 8:30 to 8:45 am: Check-in at the lawn next to the pickleball courts
• 8:45 to 9:00 am: Course Overview and Warm-up led by ASC Founder Pete Leibman
• 9:00 am: Race begins

About The 2025 Arlington Olympics

The 2025 Arlington Olympics is a multi-day athletic competition between August 2-9, 2025. The competition is hosted by Arlington Sports Conditioning (ASC), Arlington's #1 outdoor workout for over 10 years.

Medals for Top Finishers

Gold, silver, and bronze medals will be awarded to the top male and female finishers for each event in The 2025 Arlington Olympics.

Pricing and Registration:

There are three ways you can purchase access to The 2025 Arlington Olympics:

• Option #1: Click here to become an ASC member. (Members get free access.)

• Option #2: Click here to purchase a $199 All-Access Pass (includes all events in The 2025 Arlington Olympics, plus all ASC workouts between August 2-9, 2025).

• Option #3: Register for each day individually at full price.

Other Details:

• All fitness levels welcome. You can walk the course if you don't want to run.
• Free parking is available on the street or in an undergrround/covered garage.
• Wear athletic clothing and running sneakers.
• Fuel and hydration will NOT be provided at this event. Plan accordingly.
• The course will not feature any mud, but part of the trail is a dirt path.
• We are unable to accept walk-ins. Online registration closes before the event.
• Please arrive early. We do not want to turn you away for arriving late.
