Come move with us in a powerful Vinyasa flow yoga class—where each breath guides a new movement—in the heart of the urban outdoors. Reconnect with nature and your breath as we flow through dynamic poses designed to refresh your body and uplift your spirit. This in-person class is ideal for intermediate to advanced yogis.

Details:

• Meet-up Spot: Near Toby’s Homemade Ice Cream at 6:20 PM. We’ll walk to the yoga spot together.
• Parking: Street parking is available, as well as a retail garage at the Gramercy building.
• What to Bring: A yoga mat, water bottle, and your good energy!

About the Instructor:

Elena is a 200-hour certified Vinyasa yoga instructor with over a decade of practice and one year of teaching experience. Our past sessions at Metropolitan Park have been an incredible experience—serene, grounding, and fun!

The class will be accompanied by energ music and positive vibes.

In case of rain or cold weather, we’ll cancel the event 24 hours in advance.
