Barre3 Arlington 45 Min Signature Class (Free)

Barre3 is a full body workout that incorporates strength conditioning, cardio and mindfulness. We encourage everyone to move in a way that feels authentic to them, honoring the daily difference we each experience both physically and mentally.

This class will take place in "The Loft" space. Follow sign at side of the building, climb the stairs and follow signs.

What to Expect:

• No experience required
• Barre3 is designed for every fitness level, and combines strength, cardio, and mindfulness
• Plan to arrive 5-10 minutes early to set up your mat and meet new friends

What to Bring:

• Yoga mat
• Light hand weights, 2-6 lbs (recommended, but optional)
• Water bottle
• A friend!
