5-Course House of Suntory Pairing Dinner at Cut & Bourbon

In collaboration with our partner restaurant, Soy Cowboy, Live! by Loews - Arlington invites you to an evening of culinary artistry rooted in Japanese tradition. Savor Executive Sous Chef Gio Silva's five-course menu, thoughtfully paired with premium spirits from the House of Suntory.

Highlights include A5 Wagyu Steak & Eggs Chawanmushi, Miso-Marinated Black Cod and Shio Koji Dry-Aged Texas Wagyu Striploin. The evening concludes with a delicate white chocolate crème brûlée with yuzu curd and sesame crumble.
