Kom til ÅBEN træning på DGI Østjyllands MiniREP tirsdag d. 24. juni kl. 19-21 på MGC (AIS).


Til træningen vil du møde det stjerneteam, som skal have holdet i den kommende sæson efter sommerferien.
Træningen er åben for alle der har lyst, og der er intet krav om niveau for at kunne komme. Instruktørerne vil til træningen give en forsmag på den slags gymnastik, som de selv kan lide at lave - så der kommer bare til at være en masse lækker og dejlig gymnastik samt rimeligt med hygge.

Vi håber på at se en masse til en lækker, svedig, hyggelig og energifyldt træning!
