Yoga by the Beach: Seaside Unwind

🌊 A playful, gentle flow to help you exhale and let go.

Let’s take advantage of the beautiful weather and bring our practice outdoors! Practicing in nature opens up the body and mind in unique ways — the open sky, the sound of the waves, the sea breeze on your skin. It adds a playful twist and a fresh challenge, helping you reconnect and stay present in the moment.

Being outside also enhances your breath: the salty sea air, rich in negative ions, can help your body absorb oxygen more easily and leave you feeling energized and refreshed.

🌿 This will be a one-time outdoor trial class to gently return to shared practice and see if there’s interest in more sessions this summer.

Saturday, June 7th
11:00 – 12:15 at Risskov Strandpark (on the grass with sea view)

💦 After practice, feel free to jump into the sea — don’t forget your swimsuit and towel!

💛 Trial class price: 75 DKK
You can pay via MobilePay or cash on the day.
