This is a Shamanic workshop to call in your Power Animal.
~What is Shamanism?~
Shamanism is the practice of communing with the Spirit Realm for guidance and healing.
Since ancient times, people around the world have developed different ways to shift consciousness and connect with the Spirits. In this workshop, we will use drumming, dance, and voice.
~What are Power Animals?~
The Power Animal is one of our close spiritual guides, helping us navigate challenges and stay centered in ourselves.
It is thought that we all come into the world with one, or several, Power Animals. However, due to social conditioning and trauma, we can lose touch with it, causing power-loss and vulnerability to disease.
The purpose of this ritual is to call the Power Animal back in. Back in to the body. Back in to the heart.
~What happens in the workshop?~
We work in a small group. After preparing the space, one person at a time takes the floor, where they are guided with drumming to dance their Animal. Afterwards, they are invited to share and integrate their experience in the circle.
No prior dance or shamanic experience is necessary.
This ritual is inspired by the works of Michael Harner, creator of Core Shamanism.

~About the facilitator~
Misha Talavera’s introduction into Shamanism was in the Amazon Jungle in 2017, where he spent months healing and studying the plant medicine path. After this journey, he found the works of Michael Harner, who had studied with shamanic practitioners around the world and taught rituals for accessing and navigating the Spirit Realm without the use of psychoactive plants.
Upon meeting his Guides, something inside landed into place and a journey of deconditioning, healing, and return back to power began. With deep gratitude for his Guides and their continuous teachings, he is called to host workshops to facilitate connection between us and the Spirits.
