The bootcamp is for any dancer who would like to take their social dancing a step further and add more body movement, more musical awareness and more fun and flow to their cuban salsa.
The bootcamp is open level* and we promise there will be challenges for both improvers, intermediate and advanced dancers.

You know Anna as our in-house DJ and Sara as our animation queen 🎧👸🏼
Anna has been loving Cuban dance and music for many years. As a true Cuban salsa nerd, she is continuously putting in the work to get a deeper understanding of the music and the roots of the dance. Anna is known for being effortlessly cool on the dancefloor, and her focus is on cuban salsa as a social dance connecting flow, music and fun 🎉
Sara teaches Cuban salsa at Brandbjerg Højskole as well as regular dance classes at Yo Studios in Aarhus. Sara has been dancing most of her life and she is a tornado on the dancefloor where you’ll recognize her for her outstanding technique and her energetic and cheeky moves 🌪️
𝐈𝐬 𝐢𝐭 𝐚 𝐛𝐨𝐨𝐭𝐜𝐚𝐦𝐩 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐰𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐧 𝐨𝐧𝐥𝐲?
Of course not! The bootcamp is open for everyone, no matter if you dance only lead/follow or you dance both roles.
Anna and Sara are both strong leaders and followers. This means that if you are a leader you’ll get a rare insight into what followers like and tips on how to make your leading feel extra nice. If you are a follower you’ll get tips, tricks and inside knowledge on becoming the follower every leader wants to dance with.

Folkehuset Trøjborg offers 3 hours of free parking. Just remember to register for a parking permit when you arrive. It’s your own responsibility to make sure you renew the permit before the 3 hours are up.
