Nourishing your Creative Life

Creativity is something inherent to humans, and when we do not experience it, it can lead to loss of will and frustration. When we are aligned with our creativity, we feel aligned with ourselves. And that goes beyond, for instance writing poetry or dancing, because as human beings we create all the time - that be a new hairstyle, a new way of setting the table or different ways of gardening.

On this 2-day workshop, you will work to reactivate your creative life and your passion. All participants will engage in creative dynamics, such as free writing and drawing, body movement, dance, theatre exercises, meditation and reading various materials on creativity. You will all create together and have the opportunity to share your creations.

So if you need a spark or a new spark in your in your creative life, this workshop is for you. However, participation in this workshop requires no artistic skills. All individuals or groups of any profession or background are welcome.
