I would like to invite you to do together a meditation and affirmations to confirm and increase the love of ourselves 🧘‍♀️ ❤️💕❤️🧡💛💚🌳🌳☘️🍃🍀🌿

- Shake movements to release the stress and negative energy

- Meditation 15 min (love ourselves)

- Mantra self love

- Write powerful affirmations (I am)
