It’s that time of the month again, when we super charge our vibration as we celebrate the beauty of being alive; connecting to the power of movement * this event is supposed to create a playground aiming to raise our frequency, set our intentions and remind us that it's a good life.
Come put your body in motion at this next sober dance + contact impro. You choose how you move and you can't get it wrong. Throw in some screams if you feel like it. Roll on the floor or slide down somebody’s back if that’s what’s alive in you. Or simply sit aside, get on your own vibrating with presence.
