Theme of this workshop: Receiving Your Own Medicine

Do you sometimes find yourself struggling with the balance of:
Giving and receiving?
Engaging in the outside world or turning to your inner realm below the skin?
Generously offering your gift, your time, your energy to the outside world only to discover that there is nothing left in your cup for you?
Then this is a workshop for you.
Through movement and our presence we will in the workshop pour our light, our gifts, our energy in our own cup and drink it in – filling ourselves up. The sacred act of Receiving Our Own Medicine. Reclaiming our presence and aliveness through our movement discovery.
The workshop is 1,5 hours of free movement embraced by an Opening Circle and Closing Circle. I will make invitations to guide us on our individual discovery on the theme of gifting ourselves our own medicine through movement - feel free to follow them or allow your journey to take you in another direction. There are no choreography or steps, no right or wrong way to move. EveryBODY is welcome to join, all the practice requires of you is your willingness to let your body follow you home. In case of English speaking participants the workshop will be guided in English – if not it will be guided in Danish.
This workshop is part of a series of movement explorations in the Spring of 2025 that all have the overarching theme of Coming Home.

ABOUT THE FACILITATOR
Anne Stilling is a certified movement facilitator, Ritual Play facilitator and psychologist. She is the founder of her company Psychologist in Community based in Aarhus C - www.psykologifaellesskab.dk.
This workshop is inspired of the practice of Embodied Permission, of which she has been a student for the last year.
