Start your Sunday with a nourishing and grounding session, where participants are guided through a series of deep stretches and gentle touch. The exercises are practiced in pairs and are based on weight shifts and the use of counterbalance – a practice that invites the body to release, settle, and reconnect with the ground.

Kamilla Appelquist holds a Master’s degree in Sports Science and has completed a four-year education in dance and theatre in France, where this type of partner work formed an integral part of the daily training – both as warm-up and recovery.

The session is open to all, regardless of experience. Exercises are done in pairs – come with a partner or find one on site.
