Stilheds Retreatet fokuserer på meditativ fordybelse, stilhed, indre ro og væren, kultivering af hjertekvalitet og rodfæstelses i nuet, og afholdes over 3 dage på Strandgården i noget af landets smukkeste sommer natur på Helgenæs.

Undervisningen udspringer af Heinrichs 30 års meditationstræning fra forskellige visdomstraditioner, samt 25 års undervisning heri, herunder 8 års undervisning på forskningsprojekter på Rigshospitalet og Skejby Sygehus.
