TOPIC: "Correction, discipline and firing systems for small businesses." How to have the hard conversations in business.
So, a few weeks ago several of us stayed after the Riser Lunch and Learn and got into a discussion with Chandler, who sat there and taught all of us his insights on this very topic. Such a great learning time sitting there, as Chandler and Bryce walked through their own system.
More importantly, the best systems in firing is to have the best systems in hiring and then with communication and benchmarks along the way. That way, there are no surprises.
This is going to be a great talk, and we know you will be coming with your questions.
FOR THIS WEEK ONLY: We will only do the 8 a.m. meeting (no 10 -- only this week). But we will let the 8 a.m. go a little longer so we can have this training topic.
