Youth Baking Camp 2 (3 Days)

Join us for our second annual youth baking camp! This 3-day experience is designed for ages 10-17, and will focus on cakes and cake decorating. This camp is great for anyone who wants to bake, as well as those who've attended Youth Baking Camp 1 - no prerequisite needed. You’ll also take home plenty of tasty treats each day to share with your friends and family.

Wednesday, Auguest 6: Piping & Decorating Cakes

Classes run from 9am-12pm on each day.

Info: We'll learn the basics of baking butter layer cakes and sponge roll cakes for decorating later in the week.

Info: We'll learn about crumb coats, plus different frostings and icings, from buttercream to ganache, and a few basic piping techniques.

Info: We'll learn a few more basic piping techniques, and decorate our creations from the week to take home.
