Grab your yoga mat and a set of light weights, and join us for a 60-minute barre3 signature class at Riverstone Apartments. All are welcome.

About this Event

Barre3 Asheville is coming soon to Biltmore Park Town Square! Join us for a complimentary Friday morning class series, hosted by our friends at Riverstone Apartments. No experience needed. Barre3 is a full-body workout, combining strength, cardio, and mindfulness.

WHERE:

Riverstone Apartments at Long Shoals. Class is held in the Yoga Studio, a standalone building to the right of the leasing office. Follow the outdoor path for a direct entrance, or check-in at the leasing office for directions!

WHAT TO BRING:

Yoga mat
Set of light weights (2-8lbs, optional)
