Baking Class: Pizza & More

Learn to make, shape, and bake a basic pizza dough. In this class, we’ll discuss the basics of bread making, including rise and rest, kneading, baking, and variations on a basic recipe. You’ll also learn bread troubleshooting, as well as shaping dough for filled breads, calzones, pizza, and more. Dough and some topping ingredients will be provided, but feel free to bring your favorites! All experience levels welcome.
