Field Trip to Millstone Creek Orchards

This October, our Homeschool Explorers group will be heading to Millstone Creek Orchards in Ramseur for a fun, hands-on fall adventure!
During our 90-minute tour, families will:
Learn about apples and the orchard


Sample both sweet and tart apples


Try their hand at pressing fresh apple cider (and enjoy a taste!)


Take a hayride through the orchard


Bring home 3 pre-picked apples and a 4-oz apple cider slushie


After the tour, families are welcome to enjoy the Kiddie Korral Playground and picnic area.
This trip is specially designed for homeschool families of all ages—perfect for Pre-K through 12th grade.
Cost: $12.50 per person (children 2 & under are free).
