Moonlight Yule log Rolling Class #1

Come and join us for our classes which will be dedicated to making Yule logs! What is a Yule log, you ask? Well, it’s also known as Bûche De Noël and it’s a pillowy soft cake roll, filled with a mascarpone cream and topped with whipped chocolate ganache to look like a Christmas log! These are typically the showstopper at any Christmas dessert table and you will make one right here with us at Queen of Tarts Desserts.

As always, the Queen will provide a house beverage and snacks but also feel free to bring your own snacks and cocktails (byob). All supplies and utensils will be provided.

Prepare to stay with us for this full two hour class 🩷cost for this class is $50 and everyone will leave with a Yule log! You can save it and enjoy for Christmas or enjoy the next day.
