Join us for our second women’s community event—a soulful day in nature designed to reconnect you with your inner strength, your body, and your voice.

This is not just a hike—it’s an empowerment journey. Together, we’ll move through the elements of breath, movement, mindfulness, and reflection to reconnect with what it means to feel strong, grounded, and supported.

Expect to:
✨ Ground in community with a powerful opening circle
🌈 Choose a symbolic color to guide your mindfulness during the hike
🥾 Move your body on a scenic trail surrounded by nature
📝 Reflect and journal with thoughtful prompts at a beautiful overlook
💨 Integrate with gentle breathwork and a closing circle to honor your experience

This is a space for women to feel safe, empowered, and held. You’ll leave feeling more connected to your body, your strength, and each other.

Please bring:

• Your own lunch or snack for during the hike
• Water
• A journal + pen
• Something to sit on (yoga mat or towel)
• Comfortable clothes/shoes for hiking
• Sunscreen
• An open heart and a readiness to move your body and soul

⏰ Meet-Up Info:

Please arrive around 9:30 AM so we can begin on time.
We will be leaving promptly at 9:45 AM to begin the hike.
