These sessions are inspired by yoga, designed especially for parents and babies , but donβt worry, no yoga experience is needed!
Each class is a fun mix of:
Gentle baby yoga-inspired stretches
Postnatal movement for mums
Fun sensory play
Movement to songs and rhymes
Soothing guided relaxation
π Itβs great fun with lots of smiles, bonding, and connection, all in a calm, welcoming space.
Classes are completely baby-led, feel free to feed, change or comfort your baby anytime.
