Student Athlete Injury Prevention

Are you a student athlete? Or the parent of a student athlete? Are you tired of frequent injuries? There is a piece of the puzzle that is missing for our student athletes. They get athletic training for strength and endurance, but they are missing a huge aspect of injury prevention. I am here to start a class for injury prevention as a rehab professional. It just makes it an elevated performance and recovery experience.

I am looking for 10-20 students for a co-Ed injury prevention class. As an introductory class, this course will be priced at $20 per student athlete. This course will teach student athletes how to recognize a dysfunction before it turns into an injury as well as many different self-care techniques to recover from position specific overuse more details will be posted soon.
