Spin Workshop

Take your aerial performance to the next level with this 90 minute Spin workshop!

With Coach Crispin, this workshop will help develop your fundamental skills in a variety of spins and positions. Learn more about body and apparatus awareness and techniques to help develop spin tolerance. Explore spinning on several apparatus, and learn how to avoid that dizzy sensation coming out of a spin.

Target Focus:
Learn about training techniques to build proprioception.
Feel how different rigging styles affect centering spins.
Learn how to adjust spinning speeds while performing.
Explore spinning on multiple apparatus (Lyra, Hammock, Pole, and Straps).
Learn multiple spin styles.
Ages 15+
No experience needed. Open to all levels!
What to wear: Something comfortable you can move in. No jewelry or zippers allowed.

Cost: FREE for Members / $40 for Non Members
