"Rock Om" Free Yoga in the Park

Appleton Parks and Recreation and Lisa Kramer with Sunny Side Up Yoga are partnering again this summer to offer a free family yoga event called "Rock Om." Start the Mile of Music week with an outdoor yoga class for all ages.
