Registration: Available on-site the day of. If you want to pre-register, you may message us via Facebook with your Name, Player ID, and Birth Year to reserve a spot. Registration closes at 12:55 or 3:5 (5 minutes before the event starts) at which time we will do a roster check. Players arriving after this time may still be able to register at the TO’s discretion, but they would be entered with a round 1 loss.

$20+tax for Q3 Cup
$10+tax for the Monthly Challenge.
Juniors and Seniors are FREE for both events.
Pokémon Organized Play separates players into three age divisions: Juniors, players born in 2014 or later. Seniors, players born in 2010 – 2013. Masters, players born in 2009 or earlier.

What You Need: Player ID number (if you do not have one, we can provide one to you), Current Regulation Legal Team, 2 Completed team sheets - 1 for the Tournament Organizer (including your pokemon's stats) and 1 for your opponent (not including stats). Fully functional Nintendo Switch & AC adapter.

Format: This tournament will be Open Team Sheet, Regulation I. There is no round timer for VGC Series events. The expectation is that all matches are allowed to run their course of up to three games. The number of players participating in the tournament directly affects how many Swiss rounds will be played. There may be a top cut if we have enough players.
Cup: Swiss Rounds AND the top cut rounds will be best of THREE.
Challenge: Swiss Rounds will be best of One, Top Cut will be Best of Three. In the event that there is not enough players for a top cut and ONLY swiss rounds are played, the Swiss Rounds will instead be best of THREE.

Prizing: 100% of the entry fee will go into the prize pool to be paid out in Store Credit for the Masters division. Exact percentages are TBD, pending on the number of entrants. Juniors and Seniors, who would have free entry, will have Prize Packs for their prizing - 4 for 1st, 2 for 2nd-4th. We will announce exact prizing before the beginning of round 1!
