Our fan-favorite Beer vs. Wine Dinner returns for another unforgettable evening! Enjoy a five-course meal, each dish paired with both a handcrafted Stone Arch beer and a carefully selected wine. A wine expert and our brewery team will go head-to-head to defend their pairings—but the final vote is up to you.

Pairing Dinner Menu
Course 1
Roasted Beet Salad - mixed greens, pepitas, cherry vinaigrette, beet purée, roasted carrots, thinly sliced radish, and ricotta salata.
Course 2
Butternut Squash Soup finished with cream and chives.
Course 3
Salmon - parsnip puree, shaved Brussels sprout, bacon, parmesan, rosemary thyme compound butter, finish with charred lemon wedge.
Course 4
Venison Tenderloin - ruby beet purée, roasted butternut squash, sautéed kale, cocoa and cherry gastrique. Garnished with crispy oyster mushrooms.
Course 5
Chocolate Dome with cherry mousse, and drunken cherry center, finished with orange zest white chocolate and cherry dust.
