Knit Christmas Stocking Class
11/9, 11/16 & 11/23; Sundays from 11:00am-1:00pm at Casting On
Choose one of Dorene Delaney Giordano’s beautiful Christmas stocking patterns to knit a family heirloom. She has several designs, all using the same template but with different stranded knitting patterns. These stockings are knit from the toe up, using several techniques that are also used in sock knitting. You’ll learn short-rows, reading a stranded knitting chart, the basics of stranded knitting, and more.
Pattern: Look at Dorene Delaney Giordano’s Ravelry store and choose one pattern, or several. Pattern(s) $3.99-$9.99, must be purchased and downloaded from Ravelry, no in store option from designer.

Yarn: Sport weight wool in 2 colors. Approximately 100g in each color.
Needles: US size 3 DPNs & 16” Circular needles, or other needles used for knitting smaller circumferences.
Notions: Stitch markers, darning needle.
Class Cost: $60 per student
