Illumination: Silent Disco Flow on the Boardwalk

We are thrilled to bring this sensational experience back this Summer on the beautiful RiverHeath Boardwalk! Get in your groove as you flow next to the Fox River as the sun sets with state-of-the-art technology glow-in-the-dark headsets. You control the volume just as you tailor your practice for this All Levels Vinyasa flow while simply hearing the beats of the music and the teacher's voice. Glow bracelets/necklaces will be provided, and the Boardwalk will be glowing a bit more itself for this special event. A truly unique perspective for your practice like no other to allow yourself to shine even brighter!

* Light refreshments will be served before.

* Please arrive at 7pm to get your headset, glow bracelets/necklaces, and enjoy light refreshments and river views before class.

* Class takes place from 7:30-8:30pm.
