Full Moon Sound Bath

We get a double dose of energy this month between the Full Moon and the Lions Gate (8/8) Portal.

Give yourself the gift of relaxation and rejuvenation as the vibrations and frequencies gently pour through and around you, unwinding the knots in your body and mind. Set the intention to release what is no longer serving you in any area of your life and let the frequency and vibration move the energy out of your field.

During this one hour session, Jen will play a variety of sound instruments including Crystal Singing Bowls, Tibetan Sound Bowls, Gong, Chimes, Koshi Bells and various other instruments.

Participants will be laying or sitting on the floor. Bring a yoga mat, pillow and blanket for the session.

A limited number of mats are available to rent during the session for $2.
