Join us for a fun pop up fitness class series this summer - perfect for anyone who loves to move and groove! This class is best suited for friends ages 5 and older!

If you have trouble finding time to workout with kids at home don’t miss this family friendly style class while the kids are off school this summer. Adults can get a great cardio workout in while the kids follow along with fun moves to the music and a chance to release their energy.

No kids? No worries! Any adult is welcome to join so come get your cardio funk on!
