Empowered Kids Summer Camp: Building Confidence, Connection & Growth

Empower your child to thrive in mind, body, and spirit at our weeklong Empowered Kids Summer Camp! For children ages 6-12! Runs daily from 8:30-12:30.

This dynamic program blends fun, interactive activities with essential life skills to support holistic growth in a supportive and uplifting environment.

Each day includes:

Mindfulness & Positive Thinking: Through mindfulness practices, grounding exercises, and gratitude activities, kids will build self-awareness, emotional regulation, and resilience while fostering optimism and confidence to navigate challenges.

Healthy Habits & Fitness Fun: Energizing physical activities paired with engaging workshops on balanced nutrition, hydration, and sleep help kids build a strong foundation for a healthy, active lifestyle.

Social Skills & Teamwork: Communication workshops, team-building games, and problem-solving challenges enhance collaboration, empathy, and leadership abilities.

Nature Exploration & Wonder: Guided nature walks, and hands-on activities spark curiosity and inspire a deep connection to the natural world.
