• Do not have health insurance
• Have health insurance that does not cover vaccines

AND FREE FOR CHILDREN WHO:
• Are American Indian or Alaskan Native
• Are on a MN Health Care Program

• Hepatitis B

• Measles, Mumps & Rubella (MMR)
• Influenza (Seasonal)*
• PCV20*
*Adult dose availability may vary

Minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian and the adult must give consent and bring their insurance card (if applicable). Adults with co-pays or deductibles, are not eligible for this program. Eligible adults must be Dakota County residents.
Cost of each vaccine is $21. Cash or checks accepted. No one will be turned away if you are unable to pay. Other vaccine eligibility restrictions may apply. Interpreters available.
