🕺 5:00–6:30 PM – Optional Freestyle Pole Dance Jam – 80’s & 90’s throwback hits 🎶
No experience needed — participate on or off the pole, or use any apparatus you’d like!

This group is completely free, open to all pole dancers age 40+, and not tied to any specific studio membership or curriculum. It’s all about friendship, movement, and celebrating our journeys—whether you want to dance, stretch, talk, or just hang out.
We’ll use this first meeting to:
Get to know each other
Talk about what we want this group to be
Decide on a future meeting schedule and themes
Choose our official group name
Decide on leadership roles (volunteer-based) for keeping the group organized
