WHAT IS IN YOUR PANTRY 10/16/2025, 6PM-8PM

We will all come together to discover what is in our entry. Question will be asked. Before heading to the event have a look at what is in your pantry.

Nutrition is a big question these days. What is good for you what is bad for you? To understand what your body needs you need to understand what nutrition your body needs and what kind of items are absorbed better than others.

How to read the label? We will be talking mostly about the basic this time.

Where are you in your journey?

Are you up for a challenge? Or you just curious and getting ready for soon to come challenge?

This will be an intimate group, feel free to bring your favorite healthy snack to share and share the recipe.

Fenny will be at the Cypress Creek Co op between 5 and 530 PM on Thursday to pick up some items. Doors open at 6:00 PM. The event is planned to end around 8pm (unless we are having too much fun}. The venue is indoor and outdoor waterfront. A back spray just in case...
