Full Moon Flow is a monthly outdoor sound bath held under the radiant Full Moon, beside the rhythm of the waves.
While the New Moon invites rest and release, the Full Moon illuminates, energizes, and amplifies. This gathering is designed to help you move stagnant energy, celebrate growth, and reconnect with your inner light.
As the moon rises, crystal singing bowls, grounding instruments, and ocean sounds work together to support emotional clearing, nervous system balance, and energetic activation. Gentle breathwork and guided intention will help you integrate what’s come into focus and step forward with clarity.
This is a space to feel, express, and realign—held by moonlight, water, and community.
