Yoyo Biscuit Masterclass

In this hands-on class led by Cathy from The Potoroo Pantry you’ll learn to bake her famous melt-in-your-mouth Yoyo biscuits – the perfect lunchbox (or afternoon tea) treat.

Together we’ll bake the biscuits, then experiment with different fillings: classic vanilla, lemon and passionfruit, plus some fun Australian native flavours like lemon myrtle, finger lime and strawberry gum. Everyone will take home their own box of delicious yoyos, ready for the week ahead.

Suitable for all ages (children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult). ➡️ If you’re just assisting a child, only one booking is required. If you’d like to bake alongside them, please book two spots.
