Discover the untouched beauty of Shell Key, an uninhabited barrier island with pristine white sand, warm waters, and excellent shelling opportunities. Bring your snorkeling gear to explore the underwater wonders of this island paradise. Along the way, keep an eye out for dolphins, manatees, starfish, conchs, and majestic pelicans. This breathtaking destination is just a 45-minute boat ride from our marina!

Trip Details & Preparation
Who Can Join? Active duty, dependents, veterans, retirees, and DoD civilians.
Departure & Return: Depart at 8:00 AM and return between 4:00–5:00 PM (including a refueling stop).
Packing Essentials: Sunscreen, towels, sun protection, and snorkel gear. No facilities are available on the island, but restrooms are at the marina before departure.
Limited Space: We’ll travel on pontoons with shared space. A large cooler will be provided for all food, snacks, and drinks—please do not bring personal coolers to maximize seating.

Island Regulations
Shell Key is a protected wildlife preserve, so the following items are not allowed:

•Weather delays or cancellations will result in a full refund.
•Refunds are also available for last-minute TDY or PCS orders. No other refunds will be issued.
