Join us for a gentle, faith-based yoga experience designed to restore your mind, body, and spirit. Through intentional movement, peaceful pauses, and moments of prayer, you connect more deeply with God in a safe and sacred space. Open to all levels – beginners welcome!

6:10 PM in the Multi-purpose Room
Please arrive by 6:00 PM to get setup to start at 6:10.

Suggested donation: $5 per session to instructor
