Diego Figueiredo is a Brazilian guitar virtuoso who blends jazz, classical, and bossa nova with remarkable technique and emotion. He has performed in over 60 countries, released 23 CDs and 3 DVDs, and won major awards including the Montreux Jazz Festival and the VISA Prize. Born in Franca, Brazil, Diego began playing guitar at age four and turned professional as a teenager. He has shared the stage with legends like Gilberto Gil, João Bosco, Pat Metheny, and Larry Coryell. His show “From the Classical to the Jazz” and expressive playing continue to earn critical acclaim and captivate global audiences.
