📣 CFC!!!!
I am SO excited to announce that our in-house competition this year will be a 24-hr Row-a-thon 🚣 . Below is the nitty gritty:
- 530a-530a Friday, 10/3 to Saturday, 10/4
- sign ups close 9/1 and are in the gym up on the whiteboard
- $10 suggested donation to participate, all proceeds go to the Susan G Komen Breast Cancer Foundation 🎀
- we will form teams based on who all signs up, each team will have a team captain who’ll be responsible for collecting donations and forming the schedule for their respective team rower to stay moving for 24 HOURS STRAIGHT.
If you have further questions please don’t hesitate to reach out. More details will come after 9/1. For now, get yourself and your friends signed up! Whether you can row for 30 mins or are available for several time slots, sign up and be a part of a team!
CrossFit is about doing hard things and pushing yourself beyond your comfort zone. CFC is about community - this is going to be an incredible that brings the two together. Let’s do this 😤
