Homebrewed Comedy at Waterman's Cafe and Tasting Barn

The laughs are coming back to Apalachin when Homebrewed Comedy takes the stage at Waterman's Cafe and Tasting Barn on Wednesday, Oct. 29. Brian Enck is headlining the show, and he'll be there with Eric Camp, Tia Mauro and host Mike Peters.

The show will start at 6 p.m. Tickets are $10 and are available online and a limited amount will be sold at the door. The doors will open at 5 p.m.

About the comedians:

Mike Peters, a Binghamton comedian, specializes in self-deprecating, observational humor. A contributor for Funny or Die, Peters performed at the Funny Bone in Syracuse, the Greenwich Village Comedy Club in New York City, won the Utica Brews Laugh Contest and Uptown Roast Battle and opened for Super Troopers’ Rabbit, Erik Stolhanske and Gilbert Gottfried. Peters produces shows all over New York and hosts his weekly podcast, On the Mic with Mike Peters.

Tia Mauro is a Binghamton-based comedian and teacher who spends her days in the classroom and her nights oversharing on stage. Her material covers everything from teacher life, pop culture and navigating your 20s – if she’s tall enough to reach the mic stand.

Eric Camp got a late start to his stand-up career, but he’s making up for lost time in a big way. A musician and artist who grew up in Binghamton, he brings a lifetime of questionable decisions onto the stage with him. He’s a father of three and he hopes to make at least one of them proud someday. 

Brian Enck got his start in the Rochester scene before moving to New York City. He moved back to Syracuse in 2021 and now works at the Syracuse Funny Bone. A regular at Caroline’s, LOL Comedy and other clubs before moving out of Brooklyn, Enck was featured in the New York Comedy Festival.
