Uluṟu is without doubt one of the most unique and beautiful places on the planet.
The plant and animal life at Uluṟu have also adapted to the area's extreme conditions and it subsequently this has also created some of the most beautiful flora and fauna in the world.
To Aṉangu people, the local indigenous people of the area, Uluṟu is a very scared space with a number of different landmarks where many ancestral beings have interacted with the landscape and/or each other. In fact it is believed that these ancestral beings still reside here at Kata Tjuta to this day. Kata Tjuta is also a very sacred place to Aṉangu people is considered one of the most powerful sides in the area.
The Aṉangu people are the original owners and custodians of Uluru-Kata Tjuta National Park. They believe that their culture was created at the beginning of time by ancestral beings.
The park itself covers 1,326 square kilometers and is rich in indigenous culture, including scared sites, ancient indigenous paintings, natural springs and rock pools.
In fact the park is ranked as one of the most significant arid land ecosystems in the world.
There are a number of walking trails that visitors can also explore around the park and is without doubt one of the best ways to see experience this beautiful place.
Also sunrise and sunset viewing of Uluṟu is without doubt one of the most beautiful and scared experiences you can have.
This is just one of the many reasons we wish to share this amazing sacred location with you.
This retreat is delivered in an organised, yet layback style where the aim is to cultivate heartfelt connections, enjoy relaxing nature hikes (all levels) Breathwork, Yoga and Meditation practices (beginner friendly) open sharing circles & powerful Q and A sessions around the fire place.
You will also have everything taken care of for you including all your meals. You you have to worry about is relaxing, exploring and being totally present in the experience.
You will have the opportunity to un-plug from your busy life and take time to restore, revive, reconnect and reflect and have some fun with other like mind people.
*You will have access to power, heated showers, running toilets and fully equipped kitchen throughout the retreat to make the experience comfortable for you also.
*We will also have our own community camp area, community fire pit, undercover shelter.
*We are also walking distance from IGA general store and coffee shops that you can access during free time periods.
*Hiking is optional and if individuals wish to do something else during some of organised hikes that is totally fine also.
*Transport not included in retreat investment but flights are available to Uluṟu from about $600 return or alternatively you can organise a road trip to the beautiful Red Centre.
