Together we’ll explore a tender question: What is actually mine—my desire, my truth, my voice—and what is a learned response, a survival pattern, or the echo of someone else’s expectations?
In this circle, you’ll have space to untangle:
• What comes from your own inner compass
• What arises from old trauma responses
• What your mind repeats out of habit
• And what you genuinely want instead
Expect a cosy atmosphere, gentle guidance, and space to be witnessed without judgment. You don’t need to prepare anything—just bring yourself exactly as you are.
