We starten met een korte grounding oefening om te landen.
We houden het simpel en geaard. Gewoon even thuiskomen in je lijf.
Daarna trekt DJ Andreas je mee in een muzikale trip:

🔹 Snel opbouwen, energie hoog houden - wij werken in golven.
🔹 Geen regels, gewoon bewegen
🔹 Afsluiten met een Crystal Soundbath om alles te laten landen
Nadien ben je welkom voor een kop thee en een kleine babbel.

🔹 Closing with a crystal soundbath to integrate everything
