I often ask myself: Is it truly my clown speaking... or just mental chatter?
Let’s give space for our bodies to speak — because they already are!
We may not always realize it, but we communicate through more than 400 physical signs.
In fact, 80% of our communication is non-verbal, and another 15% comes from our feelings.
So why not take a few days to forget the 5% of talking?
For me, speaking often becomes a mental loop — and I wonder... is that really my clown?
Will there be no sound at all?
Of course there will be... singing! (I can’t help myself.)
The best part is: after just a few days, our sense of others becomes sharper.
We listen more deeply.
And our bodies?
They become so happy — being truly seen and recognized for what they are.

Ben jij, net als ik, soms bewust van hoe snel we als clowns in de "kletsmodus" schieten?
Ik vraag me vaak af: is het echt mijn clown die spreekt, of is het gewoon mijn hoofd dat blijft ratelen?
Laten we ons lichaam laten spreken – want dat doet het eigenlijk al!
We communiceren ongemerkt via meer dan 400 signalen.

Natuurlijk niet – er zal gezongen worden! (Dat kan ik gewoon niet laten.)
Het mooiste is: als we vertrekken, is onze waarneming verscherpt.
We luisteren anders.
En ons lichaam?
Dat voelt zich blij – eindelijk gezien en erkend zoals het werkelijk is.
