oday in Antwerp, we held a press conference at the Radisson Blue Hotel to officially unveil Antwerp Pride 2025. During the briefing, we announced again this year’s theme “Do Not Just March. Listen. Act. Commit.”, highlighting our renewed focus on translating visibility into meaningful action.
Antwerp Pride’s president Geert Van Praet, alongside municipal official Lien Van Kelder and boardmember Kat Van Nuffel, emphasized the importance of solidarity, inclusion, and civic responsibility in the face of ongoing global challenges .
Attendees learned about the program schedule taking place from August 6–10, including the traditional parade on August 9, alongside numerous parties, workshops, and community events. Officials reinforced Antwerp’s dedication to fostering a respectful, inclusive space for LGBTQI+ individuals and allies alike. A big shoutout to all our partners, sponsors, volunteers and to YOU!!!
